PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS
Designer Handbags by La Philipe d.b.a. Mr. Pocketbook is a Wholesale Retailer. We require a minimum amount of $200.00 for domestic orders and $400.00 for our International customers. What sets us apart from other Wholesale Distributors is that we do allow customers to mix and match. You do not have to purchase a certain amount of one style item. Once your order has been placed, the final invoice amount will be determined. Factors that contribute to the final costs are weight, destination, if express shipping is requested and so on. You will be advised of the final amount prior to shipping. We accept all major credit cards. If your preferred method of payment is by check, cashier's check or money order, your merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of payment. If for any reason, we do not receive your payment within five business days (unless previous arrangements have been accepted), your order will be forfeited and re-stocked in our inventory. If you would like to open an account with us for C.O.D. consideration, please contact us to complete a credit application.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Designer Handbags by La Philipe d.b.a. Mr. Pocketbook ships domestic orders with United Parcel Service -UPS. For International orders, the most cost effective way for shipping is the United States Postal Service-USPS. As an added convenience, you are welcome to have your order picked up at our warehouse by any shipping or freight forward company of your choosing. Unlike other Wholesalers, we DO NOT charge handling fees. We take caution when packaging your order for shipment. Please be advised that we cannot be liable for carrier delays or items that have been damaged during transit.
